Bhavans Management institute Mumbai. What are the best avenues available for my
qualification and experience.?

You have to really look for an entry level/junior
management position in the area of HR/Personnel.These days given the demand
for HR professionals it should not be too difficult.Please try and meet
people in the HRD network meeting in your city and that will be a very good
source for exploring an opportunity.
