I am an engineering student doing his production engineering from punjab engineering college chandigarh. My problem is that i am confused about which career to take after doing my engineering. currently i am in second year and i believe i should decide where to go because planning for my future will help me and i might start preparing for it in advance. i get confused because i find a lot options openfor me like,A Mass Communication course,IAS, MBA,going for GRE and doing MS,GATE and doing MTech. etc, Please advice me where shall I go.
Thanking you,
Yours truly,
Saurabh
Answer: Dear Saurabh,
Choose your career very carefully. Keep in mind your personality, interest and aptitude apart from the prospects that the career offers. If you are extrovert and outgoing, an MBA or Mass Communication degree might be well suited for you. If you are more inclined technically and academically, go in for a M.Tech or MS. I think all these careers offer bright future. All the best!
