Question: Dear Sir,
I was working in a multinational company. I have been forced to leave my job when I was pressurised to accept that I have misbehaved with a lady at office. In fact I have not commited that mistake. I have started applying for new openings. Please help me how can I convince the interviewer if I go for any interview. I am really up set, this quistion stands in my way. Secondly I doubt whether I will get an opportunity of interview or not.

Answer: Dear SVG,
Please go ahead and apply to a few selected organisations giving credible references (people who are in responsible positions who have known you) and you should be able to get a fair chance in an interview.Within your organization if there are people who can vouch for your case, they may also be effectively used as referees. In the end I am sure the truth shall prevail.

Best of luck

Your counsel.
