Distance learning is not regarded at par with the full-time MBA by the industry and it is difficult to find a good job based on the distance learning course. I suggest you join a full-time MBA from a reputed institute, if you want to make a career in HR. XLRI, TISS are two of the top rated institutes in this.
You may appear in CAT for IIMs or AIMA's enterance test, which is accepted by lot of management institutes. Apart from this lot of universities have their independent entrance and have a good Management faculty and placement. like Delhi University's FMS.
