Subject: what to do after working 15 years to upgrade?

Question: I am Jyotsna working for last 15 years in NBFC but now the co. in which I am working is not doing good business so what course should I pursue to further my career.
I have done my graduation in commerce with 40% marks.I am Asst Mgr with CTC of Rs.2.50 lacs and working in the Back office operations as Co ordinator.
Please suggest me some some course and from which University.
Answer: You should consider doing MBA from a reputed institute. After 15 years of working experience, you should be able to grasp the concepts well and be able to apply directly. Most of the management institutes have lateral placements for experienced people.
