Myself a graduate in Chemistry, got experience of over 15 years in Production, Quality Assurance and PPC,in a large manufacturing Co, recently completed ICWA in March 2007.
I request you to please let me know, the fields
where I can grow professionally.
My drawbacks are that I do not have any hands on experience of A/Cs and Costing.
Also please let me know whether any other additional education can help me for change over.

Answer: Dear Mr.Hegde
Your experience and qualifications make you a multi-tasking person although each of this experience is a specialised area in itself. Your shift from Chemistry to ICWA must havee been a thought out process. If you do not have hands on experience in A/Cs and Costing don't consider it as a drawback because if you have finished the course successfully that means you have the knowledge of the subject.
Try associating with firms dealing with A/Cs and Costing, work as an article, explore all other avenues through job portals and believe in yourself.
As for some additional course is concerned that should be considered as per the needs of the organisation.
