Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed Univ Distance education
Jawaharlal Nehru Technlogical institute, Hyderabad but the admission is through an entrance.
Other than that, you may look at doing AMIE (http://www.amieindia.net/) or IETE (http://www.iete.org/) course which is a degree course in Engineering.
