Question: sir i'm a student of 4th year law from symbiosis law college and after completing my 5years law course,i wish to do post graduate diploma in human resource management from symbiosis.i wanted to ask you that what and how are the job prospects after getting these 2 degrees of law and human resource management.pls help.
Answer: After attaining both the qualifications you will have more opportunities knocking at your door!You could grow within an organisation both horizontally and vertically. For instance, you can get into any legal firm and also look into the HR deptt.or vice versa.You would be an asset to any organisation encouraging multi tasking as you would help them to cut costs. At the same time you need to focus which area should be your forte.
You may also choose to specialize in the legal angle of HR, which is covered under Labour Laws. You would have a unique qualification to look and handle issues with both Legal and Human angle.
