| 1. On shore opportunities in Merchant Navy
I have done sailing of 10 months as assistant engineer officer in a LPG carrier. I am about to give my MEO Class IV exams to become 4th engineer.
my question is "I dont want to sail for more than 2 years. what are on shore opportunites in Merchant Navy"

2. Merchant Navy for B.Tech Electronics and Communication engineers
I joined MERI Kolkata but later I left it and rather joined electronics and communication engineering.
I always want to be in merchant navy. Is it now possible for me join merchant navy at approx the same level as i would have joined it if i would have completed my degree from MERI Kolkata. If possible please tell me the procedure.
