CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS THE ACTUAL JOB OF A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AND WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE POSITION IN THAT ACCOUNTING FIELD.
