connections in Hughes to get the training there. This actually has started

Having seen culture in Hughes, any other IT industry company will look

Thus the recourse is that you should understand the basic nuances. The
multinationals look at college first, the course next, the technical quality
of person next, soft skills and behavior and attitude next and finally the
finesse and polish. They take the best person and then continuously invest
in the person and build and protect that asset. Your qualification and the
institute are the first hurdle and you can not pass in to the normal stream
of employees in multinationals. Unless you are very strong and lucky!!!
