Subject: Which specialization to take in MBA?

Question: Sir/Madam
I have done my BBA and I'm doing my MBA through correspondence.
I'm in my 3rd sem right now. I would like to to know what is the best field for Specialization? HR , Marketing, Finance, IT? I'm too confused to select one, in which its easy to proceed further and job is available easily ...
HR and marketing are of my interest but then friends around say u don't get jobs easily for HR and marketing easliy...
please suggest

Answer: If your area of interest is in HR and Marketing then go ahead with either of them because whenever you are the best in any area you will get opportunities. Believe in yourself and focus on what is it that you want in the long run and what sort of a job profile you are looking for. Every organisation has these departments and there are openings, so build on your competencies which interest you.
