Subject: Hardware Course for a Technical Call Center

Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
My Brother is working in a Call Center for the past one year. He wants to get into a Technical Call center. He has done BA Corporate and he is Currently doing corrosponse course in M.Sc Information Technology. Kindly suggest any hardware Course and the ways to enter a technical call center. Thank you.
Answer: Technical call center would involve thorough knowledge of technical skills. What most institutes teach is not on current technologies and that may not help in the job. Switching may not be easy. Hands on experience with latest equipment is more important. If the call center he is in has a technical cell he should talk to the HR and plan his career with them. They will also arrange training for transition.
