Answer: DOEACC is an autonomous body of Ministry of Communication and Information Technology,GOI. The Department of Electronics is operating a scheme called DOEACC which provides 4 levels of courses. 'A' Level is the Advanced diploma level which gives proof of a candidate's skill as a programmer. The level 'B' is the graduate level and certifies for proficiency as a systems analyst/software designer/engineer (equivalent to MCA). The 'C' level is the Masters level and recognises a candidate's proficiency as a systems manager (equivalent to M.Tech)
So you can think of pursuing the other levels as per your need and can simultaneously explore options for Job. Keep in touch with what are the latest skills in demand and keep yourself abreast with it and develop proficiency, so that it will be easier for you to get a good job after you have completed your 'B' level.
After you have completed your 'B' level you would be eligible for all Govt Jobs which require qualifications equivalent to MCA or B.E/B.Tech in Computers.
All the best!
