Question: I am in my final year B.E. in Electrical & Electronics. I am confused to whether to work after the B.E. or to pursue my M.Tech. in D.S.P. related field or to gain experience and to do MBA in any reputed Institutions. Kindly guide me in the right direction. Thank you. |

Answer: I observe a through in your academics and in third semester you dipped very badly but there after you have been recovering. If you are really interested in the subject, I would suggest M Tech. You should do MBA only from reputed
institute.
MBA takes you away from being a Technical hand while MBA also does not guarantee a job. While MTech keeps you embedded in technology, it too does not assure you of a job. As a fresh MBA or MTech you could get picked from the campus itself, provided you are good at what you have done.
So do not look at potential for job alone. Look at what you like and more so, what you are good at. It is not essential that what you like is what you are good at. But that's what adds most value, So in my view, do what ever you are good at.
Successful performance and perhaps rewards related to good performance in terms of appreciation, money awards etc will build your confidence and you will start enjoying what you are good at. Encash you natural strength.
That's your core competency! Like it or not! |
