I have done AMIE in MECHANICAL engineering branch(year 1991) and then MBA in IT management through distance mode in the year 2008. Now, what should be my future course of action for becoming CEO/COO or senior managerial position. I am having 15+ years of executive experience in PSU. Will a futher acquiring of PHD from reputed business school will give boost to my career.
