Post graduation in biotechnology is good enough for starting a career in biotechnology field. Actually it depends on yourself what you want to achieve. You can pursue M.Tech or Phd/M.Phil after your post graduation if you want to work in any of good R&D institutes or you can directly go for a job in any of the Pharma companies. If you are interested in computers you can do courses related to bioinformatics, for that you have to learn SQL, Linux, since in most of the universities they are not properly taught.
And if you are now not interested in biotechnology, as most of the students become after their PG then go for the mba or for bioinfo, because to survive in biotechnology industry a person has to do PhD in any of the biotech subjects.
