Subject: Can i go for Oracle Training
Date: 19-Sep-2007
Question: Dear Sir,

I have completed B.Sc(Computer Science)+ MBA(HR). I am having 3 years of Exp. in HR side as Sr.Officer(HR).

Can you please guide me to select an software course which helps me to change my line towards SOftware side. Is it good to do Oracle certified course or SAP. Please give me the difference between Oracle & SAP course. Also full information regarding both courses.

Answer: An Oracle database system comprises atleast one instance of the application along with data storage. Typical processes include PMON (process monitor)and the SMON(system monitor). Oracle database management keeps track of its data base with the help of the Systems Tablespace. SAP stands for Systems, Applications and Products in data processing. It focuses on 6 industry sectors-process, discrete, consumer, finance, service industries and public services. SAP's products focuses in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP). With the SAP course you would get entry into 6 industry types and is in a lot of demand. It would be better if you opt for SAP as you can get into CRM, Human Resource management systems as well.

Hope that helps.
