Question: Sir, I have accomplished my B.Tech In Biotechnology. I m looking for a job in marketing domain of biotch field (I have a plan to do MBA thru distant education in next two years). Does it a good path? or suggest me a right path for career development.
Answer: Entry into Biotechnology is mainly at post graduate level. If you do M.Tech, then you would be able to get well placed in industry. Its not that you won't get jobs after B.Tech but the boost to your career would be given only after you have done M.Tech.
MBA should be done when you have at least two or three years of work experience, as this would help you to understand the working of the industry better before you opt for managerial level jobs.
