Ask a Question

Subject: HR after MCA
Date: 2-Oct-2007
Question: I AM A MCA PASSED OUT HAVING 8 MONTHS IT EXPERIENCE AND CAN I NOW SHIFT TO HR(HUMAN RESOURCE)..SINCE I HAVE A TREND TOWARD HR ACTIVITY OR SHOULD I HAVE TO UNDERGO MBA ..
Answer: It is always better to be equipped by the knowledge of a field wherein you want to enter. If you feel you are inclined towards the HR then it would be wise to do an MBA with specialization in HR as that will give you an edge in dealing with the various People Aspects like Recruitment, Appraisal, Employee Motivation, Training etc. and also add on your confidence.

Hope that helps.
