Question: I am an electronics engineer . I am currently working with a local training
firm in hardware and networking. But I am not satisfied with the job. I
wants to make career in the networking field. Suggest me how can I make
it. Thank you. |

Answer: Getting a job is not easy. So :
- rule 1 is to hold on to your job.
- Secondly, you offer the institute you are associated in to handle
their network and hardware. You may quote a lower price than what the local
vendor may be charging. Reason out with your employer that this will give
you experience.
- You may take the trainees, whom you teach, and do some practical
work with them. This will increase your earning potential as well keep you
happy. The employer too will be happy as he will spend less. The students
too will get more to practice. So it is a win win for all. Only you have to
see that people or productivity does not suffer because of your handling the
work.
You will have to maintain a diary and do preventive work. |
