| Answer: Its all depend your attitude and interest. There are equivalent opportunity in both streams but they are altogether very different in study aspects. MCA deals with software developer & MBA deals with management area.
If you feel that you are confident enough in language or networking or databases then you may opt for MCA. As you have done BCA you must have good command over IT field you should go for MCA.
After which you may try for MBA if needed.
On the other hand if you like management i.e. you have that much interest to go in managerial area you should opt for MBA.
If you have time and can afford, You can do MBA after you have doing MCA and that would be the best thing.
