Subject: Is a technical helpdesk experience
(contact center) in a Fortune 500 company going to be counted in the IIM's?

Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate currently working in a technical
helpdesk ( MNC contact center) for Accenture, Bangalore. I am desirous of
joining IIMs in the near future. Will my experience count towards achieving
my goal ? Thank you.
Answer: It may be counted but what weightage will be given is
perhaps not transparent.
